Derek is a Member of Borneos and is an experienced Solicitor specialising in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax Planning and Court of Protection work.

Experience

Derek joined the firm as a Partner (now a Member) on the incorporation of Bull McHale & Barker Solicitors into our Newport Pagnell office in 2000, having worked in Newport Pagnell since 1990. He has specialised in Wills, Probate and Trusts work for over 18 years, and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Background

Born in Bedford, Derek was educated at Northampton Grammar School and graduated with a Law Degree from Southampton University. Derek’s main interests are walking, birdwatching, badminton and visiting National Trust properties.
