Role

Sarah is a Solicitor within the Family Law Department, based at the Bedford office.

Sarah specialises in divorce and the financial matters ancillary to separation. Sarah also deals with other areas of family law including issues relating to children, such as contact and residence, and co-habitation disputes. Sarah is a member of Resolution (formerly the Family Law Association).

Experience

Sarah joined Borneos in September 2001 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2003. Since that time Sarah has gained a wealth of experience in all areas of family law, now specialising in high net-worth ancillary relief matters. Sarah became a Member (formerly Partner) in April 2008.

Background

Sarah attended Durham University and graduated with a Geography Degree in 1999. Sarah then attended the College of Law in York to undertake her conversation course (CPE) and the Legal Practice Course before joining Borneos in 2001.
