Complaints Against Public Bodies

You may have grounds for complaint against a public authority or body. This could relate to a local authority, school or as is often the case, the police authorities.

With regard to police claims, we can advise and assist on issues of wrongful arrest, wrongful imprisonment and improper attempted prosecution. It may be that you have suffered an injury while in police custody and we can advise on whether a claim for compensation arises in respect of any of these issues.
