Managing Sickness Absence and Holiday Entitlement

This seminar, which was free of charge, was aimed at managers responsible for managing staff, including absence and holiday. 

Surveys show sickness and absenteeism lose UK businesses between 2.5% and 3.7% of working days per year and cost more than £1,000 per employee per year. Our seminar provided practical tips on how to monitor absence and carry out reviews without discriminating against employees. We also explained workers’ rights to annual leave and pay, including their entitlement during sickness absence and maternity leave.
